摘要
对吉林省城市化的未来发展做出了预测和分析,并结合吉林省的实际,探讨了在吉林省城市化进程中农村剩余劳动力的转移问题.指出了小城市(镇)对农村剩余劳动力吸纳的有限性,提出了以大城市和地方中心城市的产业聚集和发展壮大为解决农村剩余劳动力转移问题的主要途径的构想.
This paper forecasts and analyses the development of urbanization in Jilin Province.Discuss the transferring problem of rural surplus labor force during the course of urbanization on the base of fact of Jilin Province.Point out that the admitting of rural surplus labor force in small city(town)is limited.Put forward the opinion that the main method of solving the transferring of the rural surplus labor force is to realize the industry conglomeration,development and grandness of megapolis and local central city.
