摘要 在碱性条件下,过氧化氢加热回流分解,经阳离子树脂交换后,离子色谱法分析。以Na2CO3 NaHCO3 为淋洗液,分析柱为 IonPac AS14,抑制电导同时测定过氧化氢中微量 Cl-、NO-3 、PO3-4 、SO2-4 。消除了过氧化氢对分析柱的可能损害,使基线更加平滑,具有测试简便,分析周期短,准确性高的特点,检出限为0.01~0.03 mg·L-1,应用于过氧化氢中无机阴离子的测定。 The automatic conductivity-suppression ion chromatography is applied to the determination of 4 anions, i.e. Cl^-、 NO^-_3、 PO^(3-)_4 and SO^(2-)_4 in hydrogen peroxide of either industrial grade or reagent grade. Hydrogen peroxide as the matrix of the sample is decomposed by refluxing in alkaline medium. An aliquot of the sample solution is taken and separation of cations is performed on the 001X7 cation exchange resin column. After filtering with 0.45 μm filter-membrane the sample solution is injected into the instrument for chromatographic analysis under the following chromatographic conditions: Analytical column: Ion Pak AS14; Eluent: 1.8 mol·L^(-1) Na_2CO_3-(1.0 mol·L^(-1)) NaHCO_3; Flow-rate of elution: 1.2 mL·min^(-1); Sampling volume: 25 μL; Temperature of conductance cell: 30 ℃; Qualitative analysis by retention time of standard samples; Quantitative analysis by peak area. Detection limits of this method are in the range of 0.01 to 0.03 mg·L^(-1).
