摘要
研究了过铬酸 戊醇体系中,吸光光度法直接测定污水中铬的最佳条件,提出了测定微量铬的新方法,在pH 2~3,测定温度低于-5 ℃的条件下,最大吸收波长为580 nm,摩尔吸光系数为4.33×104L·mol-1·cm-1,铬含量在2.5×10-5~1.2×10-3g·L-1范围内符合比耳定律。方法简单、快速、不用显色剂, 适用于污水及电镀废液中铬的定量测定,结果满意。
A new spectrophotometry based on perchromic acid-pentanol system for direct determination of microamount of chromium in waste was proposed. Optimum conditions were studied. Under the conditions of pH 2~3, determination temperature below -5 ℃ and absorption peak of 580 nm, Beer′s law may be obeyed over the concentration range of 2.5×10^(-5)~1.2×10^(-3)g·L^(-1) for chromium with the molar absorption coefficient 4.33×10~4L· mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). The method is of simplicity, time-saving, non-use of color reagent, and is suitable for the determination of chromium in sewage and electroplating waste.
