摘要
大学文化本质上反映大学的生存方式和竞争方式,建设大学文化就是要以根源性的方式重构大学的生存方式和竞争方式;以文化形态学的理论视域解读大学文化和建设大学文化是基本的路径选择。
The nature of university's culture reflects the living and competing mod of universities. Constructing the culture of universities is with rebuilding the living and competing modes of universities original ways. It is the basic choice of ways to analyze and construct the university's culture in the field of culture morphology's theories.
