摘要
采用两次炭化法合成了特种光学玻璃用高纯碳酸锂。研究了一次炭化的工艺条件对合成效果的影响 ,得到一次炭化的最佳工艺条件为 :一次炭化反应温度为 2 5℃、一次炭化反应终点pH值为 12、二氧化碳流速为 5 0L h、陈化时间为 15min。
The high-purity lithium carbonate for special optical glass was synthesized by using double carbonization process. A study was made on the influence of the technological conditions of primary carbonization on the synthesis results, establishing the optimum technological conditions for the primary carbonization as the following: reaction temperature, 25 ℃; pH value at reaction end, 12; flow rate of carbon dioxide, 50 L/h; ageing time, 15 min.
