摘要
学生馆员在完善图书馆各项工作方面起着积极的作用,让他们参与图书馆的各项管理工作,在实践中引导他们不断提高自身的情报能力和信息素质。学生馆员从读者中来,又服务于读者,图书馆有了这一特殊的人力资源,能够提高图书馆的服务质量,促进图书馆的发展。
The student -librarians play an active role in perfecting every work of th e library,should let them partic-ipate each managerial work of the lib rary and lead them continuously impr ove their own information ability an d information literacy in the practice.The studen t -librarians come from the readers a nd serve for the readers,possessing such a special human resource,the library is able t o improve its service quality and pro mote its own development.
