摘要
目前的环境立法大多是针对生产领域,对于最终消费领域约束力不够,而最终消费的很多环节都会引起环境问题。一般认为,社会、经济、文化背景及社会环境等对人们的生活习惯、思维方式、意识观念等产生影响,进而使得人们的行为规范不同。本文基于这种观点,在对相关研究成果综合分析的基础上,通过社会调查和定量分析,获得市民层次的环境保护对策知识,寻求环境保护的驱动因素,为制定消费领域的环境保护措施提供科学的依据。
Most laws and regulations for environmental protection do act in production but do not work in consumption where environmental problems also generate though. Generally speaking the social culture economic level and historical background have impact on people's living habits thinking manner and ideology etc. and then make their behavior criteria different. Based on such point of view this paper through summarizing and analyzing the related research by means of social survey and quantitative analysis tries to spread the information and knowledge on environmental protection and explores the driving factors to provide a scientific reference for the measure-taking of environmental protection in consumption.
