摘要
农村公共产品事关农村的长治久安。农民在农村公共产品供给中不仅仅是公共产品的“付费 者”,而且应该是公共产品供给的参与者、受益者、监督者和管理者。
The rural public products have a bearing on a long period of peace and stability in the countryside. The farmers' functions in the supply of rural public-products are rarely mentioned by people. In the supply of rural public-products, the farmers not only are 'the payers', but should be the participators, beneficiaries, supervisors and managers of the supply of public products.
