摘要
在一台TY1100单缸发动机上试验研究了8 0、10 7、14 0三种压缩比对均质压燃二甲醚发动机的动力性和经济性等运转特性的影响.研究结果表明:均质充量压缩着火发动机的最佳工作范围与发动机转速混合气过量空气系数和负荷有密切的关系;在发动机试验条件下,三种压缩比均能使发动机稳定工作,但低压缩比时工作区域狭窄,高压缩比时发动机的有效功率和热效率降低,压缩比为10 7时运转范围宽,热效率较高.研究发现,通过提高发动机转速可使发动机工作区向高负荷区扩展.
The effects of dimethyl ether (DME) homogeneous charge compression ignition (HCCI) engine compression ratio on its power and efficiency were studied experimentally with a TY1100 single cylinder engine. The results show that the best operating region of HCCI engine is related to the engine load, speed, and the mixture excess air ratio. Under the compression ratio of 8, 10.7 and 14, HCCI engine can work stably. However, the working region is narrow at 8, and the power and thermal efficiency are lower at 14. There is a better fuel efficiency and wider operating region when this HCCI engine utilizes a compression ratio of 10.7. It can be concluded from the experiments that higher HCCI engine load can be achieved by the increase of engine speed.
