水润滑塑料合金轴承成型工艺对力学性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 水润滑塑料合金轴承的成型工艺直接决定了产品的力学性能和使用性能。成型温度与时间对水润滑轴承性能的 影响最为显著。通过实验分析了温度与时间对轴承材料扯断强度、定伸强度和耐磨耗性的影响,以及温度与时间二者间的 相互制约关系;并得到了一种规格塑料合金轴承的硫化曲线,其具有硫化诱导期长、硫化速度快、硫化平坦期长等比较理 想的特点。 Mechanical performances and using performance of the water lubricated plastic alloy bearings are determined by molding technics.Time and temperature are the most prominent affection.Influence of tensile strength,extend tensile strength and wear capacity that caused by time and temperature were get from experiment.The relationship between time and temperature were analyzed,the vulcanization graph about one type of water lubricated plastic alloy bearings were gotten by experiment.It has much good characteristic such as long vulcanization derivational period,rapid vulcanization speed and long vulcanization smooth period.
