摘要
目前高校物业的管理现状还存在着许多不尽人意的地方 ,高校后勤社会化为物业管理提供了可能性。发展高校物业管理要转变3种观念、遵循6个原则、注意4个方面的问题。
Presently,manyunsatisfactoryaspects still exist in public property management in colleges and uniˉversities.But the socialization of university logistics brings the opportunities to its development.In order to improve the public property management at colleges and universities,three concepts need transforming,six disciplines need observing and four problems need special attention.
