摘要
采用超滤提取姬松茸多糖。实验表明 ,离心分离预处理简单可行 ,用PVDF (聚偏氟乙烯 )截留分子量为 8万的管式膜组件抗污染性能强、易清洗 ,更适合于本研究 ,所得实验操作条件为 :室温 ,操作压力为 0 0 8～ 1 0MPa ,多糖可浓缩至 35g·L-1 。在低温下干燥制备的姬松茸多糖制品 ,其纯度为 78 4 %,回收率为 76 36 %。
Agaricus blazei murrill polysaccharide was extracted by UF.Centrifugal pretreatment technology is simply and feasible.Because the 80 thousand molecular retention tube fiber ultrafiltration made of PVDF is better anti-fouling and easy to clear,it is much more suited to the study.The results show that at room temperature,the UF pressure is 0.08-1.0 MPa,polysaccharide can be condensed to 35g·L^(-1).The purify of polysaccharide product dried under lower temperature is 78.4% and the recovery is 76.36%.
