摘要
采用光电反馈调节泵浦源驱动电流的方法,稳定全固态绿光激光器的输出功率。对采用整体控温技术的微型全固态绿光激光器,用光电二极管监测激光器输出功率的变化,PI控制器生成相应的控制信号直接调节驱动电流使输出功率稳定。获得了1h功率稳定性优于±0.25%、4h功率稳定性优于±0.5%的绿光激光输出。
Optoelectronic feedback to adjust the driver current of pumping source is used to stabilize the output power of the all-solid-state green laser. The miniature all-solid-state green laser is temperature-controlled. Output power of the laser is monitored by a photodiode, and driver current is adjusted according to the corresponding control signal generated by a PI controller. The output power stability in 1 hour is better than±0.25%, and in 4 hours is better than±0.5%.
