摘要
目的 建立连翘药材中连翘苷的含量测定方法。方法 采用ZORBAXSB C18柱 ,乙腈 水 (2 3∶77)为流动相 ,流速 1mL/min ,检测波长 2 2 9nm。结果 在选定的色谱条件下 ,连翘苷分离度良好 ,线性好 ,线性范围宽 ,平均回收率 98.8% ,RSD =3.1%。结论 此法简便 ,灵敏 ,适用于连翘药材中连翘苷含量测定 。
Objective To develop a method for the determination of phillyrin in Fructus Forsythiae purchased from different places.Method HPLC was achieved with a ZORBAX SB-C 18 analysis column, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(23∶77), detection wavelength was 229 nm,flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Result The method was linear at the range of 0.125~1.25 μg,r=0.999 7, the average recovery was 98.8%,RSD was 3.1%.Conclusion This method is simple,sensitive, and can be used for the daily analysis of phillyrin in Fructus Forsythiae,and the result showes the content of phillyrin in Fructus Forsythiae purchased from different places varies remarkably.
