摘要
邮政分拣机是一种大型的机、电、计算机一体化设备.介绍了遗传算法和图像识别技术在邮政分拣机控制系统中的应用,解决了上件器的优化控制中的控制模型的建立、控制模型中的参数测量、控制策略中的参数求解等问题,提高了该设备的整体技术水平,明显改善了分拣机的分拣效率和分拣准确率.
Post sorting machine is a kind of large-scale, combinatory equipment with mechanics, electric and computer technologies. This paper introduces the application of Genetic Algorithms and image recognition technology in the control system of post sorting machine, and describes the solving method of establishing control model of optimizing control of the mail delivery set, parameter measuring of control model and parameter solving of control strategy, thus heightened the technical level of whole the sets, improved obviously the sorting efficiency and sorting accuracy of this machine.
