摘要
黄酒在实现机械化生产后,许多副产物得以开发利用。该文论述了机械化生产黄酒的副产物米糠、碎米、米浆水、二氧化碳、酒糟、优良微生物、酸黄酒、老酒汗、酒脚、荷叶和箬壳、废硅藻土的综合利用。
Many by-products of rice wine have to be developed after the realization of machinery production. This paper focused on the integral utilization of rice wine production, including bran, rice crumb, rice slurry, carbon dioxide, rice wine grains, supper microbes, sour rice wine, old wine sweat, wine residues, chaff, and disused diatomite.
