摘要
文章论证了在我国培植和发展融资租赁业对帮助中小型国有企业在股份制改造中摆脱困境的重大作用 ,以及通过健全融资租赁合同法律关系、建立配套的金融和会计体制等法律手段来保障融资租赁业的繁荣发展。
This paper proves the important role the development of the finance leasing industry played in helping the middle-sized and small-sized state-owned enterprises out in the reorganizing process of stock company in China,and how to protect the development of the finance leasing industry by legal means,such as strengthening the legal protection of finance leasing contract,establishing equivalent finance and accounting system.
