摘要
知识经济时代档案工作所处的地位十分重要 ,知识经济对档案管理观念的更新、档案管理人才的要求、档案管理方式的创新等方面提出了新要求。知识经济时代的档案管理将是知识的管理 ,而知识型人才的培养和管理方式的创新是档案管理适应知识经济时代要求的关键因素。
Files management plays a very important role in the knowledge-based economic age.New demand is made to renew the files manage ment concept,to train competent files manager,and to innovate the files management style.Files management means the management of knowledge.The key to meet the new requirements is to train knowledgeable managers and to innovate management style.
