摘要
本文研究了以聚丙烯接枝共聚物为消光剂的紫外光固化丙烯酸酯亚光涂料。讨论了聚丙烯接枝物的用量、接枝率对涂膜光泽,灯距对固化时间及涂膜光泽的影响。用扫描电子显微镜及偏光显微镜观察涂膜的结构及形态。所得涂膜硬度高,手感好,涂膜均匀、透明,而且具有耐水、耐酸碱性。
AbstractAn UV-curing semi-gloss acrylic coating basedon polypropylene graft copolymer as mattingagent has been developed. The effects of amountof graft copolymer and grafting percentage onthe film gloss and effect of distance betweenlamp and film on the film gloss and curing timeare discussed. The structure and morphology ofthe coating film are studied by use of SEM andpolarized microscope. The coating film obtauiedis characterized by its hardness, good feeling,uniform, transparent, water resistance and acidand alkali resistance.
