摘要
本文论述了我国高校实行教学督导制度的根本目的和重要意义 ,总结了近几年来实施教学督导所产生的良好效果 ,提出了对教学教育全过程进行全方位教学督导的新观点 ,进而论述了督教、督学、督管的基本内容和方法 ,督导组的基本职责与组织管理 ,并结合我院教学督导的实践情况 。
The purpose and significance of carrying out the supervisory system of teaching in higher institutions are discussed. The good effects of carrying out the system in recent years ane summarized. The new idea of supervising the whole teaching and educational process three-dimentionally is pointed out. And then the main ideas and methods of supervising teaching, learning and managing are discussed. According to the teaching supervision in our university, the basic duty and management of the supervisory committee are briefly introduced.
