摘要
中国高等中医药教育要适应经济全球化和教育国际化的形式,充分利用自身的优势和特色,根据国际标准与规则,制定境外办学目标与方针,对于境外办学中办学方式、学历承认、教材、师资、远程教育等问题进行深入研究。建立符合新时代要求的国际化新理念并有所发展、有所创新,在境外办学方面发挥新作用,开创新世纪的崭新局面。
Higher education of Chinese medicine should suit the needs of global economy and internationalization of education. Our own advantages and characteristics should be fully utilized on the basis of international criteria and regulations to set down objectives and guidelines of running schools in foreign regions and countries. Such problems as ways of running schools, acknowledge of academic credentials, teaching materials, faculty, distance education etc. need to be investigated. An internationalized concept for the new times should be formed to play a new role in school running abroad and create new situations for the new century.
