摘要
建国以来我国社会阶层结构产生了两次重大的社会变迁,从改革开放前的“金字塔型”向“洋葱头型”转变,现代化的社会阶层结构的雏形已经形成。但要培育合理的现代化“橄榄型”社会结构还需要提供良好的社会环境和政策保障。
Two great transitions have happened in China’s structure of social stratification since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,which is from the “pyramid type” to the “onion type”.Although the embryonic form of modern structure of social stratification has established, it is still necessary to provide a good social circumstance and policy support in order to cultivate the “olive type” of proper social stratification in modern world.
