摘要
通过分析试验离心风机的噪声频谱特性得知 ,该离心风机具有突出的宽带紊流噪声 ,采用金属网罩降低其宽带紊流噪声 ,并测试了不同结构参数的金属网罩对紊流噪声的影响 ,经优化金属网罩结构参数 ,并将金属网罩置于叶轮入口 ,可使试验离心风机的入口噪声降低 3 .5dB(A)。
Because of prominent turbulence noise in the experimental centrifugal fan by analyzing the frequency character of noise generated by the centrifugal fan,and the method on reducing the turbulence noise by equipping metal net masks in the vane wheel is raised. The influence of different structure parameters of metal net masks on turbulence noise is measured, and the structural parameter of the metal net mask is optimized, the noise in entrance of the centrifugal fan is reduced 3.5 dB(A)by equipping metal net mask in entrance of vane wheel.
