摘要
NBA的选秀制度主项条款演变历经了4个阶段,倒排位制、猜铜板制、抽信封制和摇乒 乓球制。从NBA选秀制度主项条款演变的历程可得知,4个阶段及相应制度由远及近,由不合 理向逐步合理发展,其目的是力求NBA内部各支球队之间对人才都具有平等的选择权,保证各 支球队实力均衡发展。
The evolvement of main clause of NBA new talent selection system undergo four periods including the system of position upside down, coin guess, envelop drawing and ball shaking. From the development of NBA new talent selection, the author finds out that the development of four periods makes system more perfection. The main purpose is to give the equal right to select new players among each team in NBA and ensure the strength equal development for each team.
