摘要
通过研究无刷直流伺服电机的转矩特性,提出用瞬态转矩控制法和重叠换相法消除磁通畸变和换相带来的转矩脉动.同时,把以上分析的原理用于交流伺服系统,以8098单片机为主控制单元,配合电流跟踪控制的PWM-GTR逆变器作为电源以及合理的软件和硬件组成无刷直流机伺服系统,实现了控制系统的全数字化.系统可以运行于速度伺服和位置伺服两种方式.
ased on the study of the characteristics of servo brushless DC motor(BLDCM), a new control method is proposed in this paper. In this method the torque ripples caused by field distortion and inverter commutating can be minimized by using instantaneous torque control and overlay commutation. Applying the above-mention method to AC servo systems, we contruct an all digital system with INTEL single chip microprocessor 8098 as main control unit, and current adaptive PWM GTR inverter as power supply. Together with other hardware and deliberately designed software the system can run alternatively in the speed servo mode or position servo mode.
