摘要
粗果紫堇(CorydaIis trachycarpa Maxim)的石油醚及95％乙醇提取物经柱层析分得三种生物碱,经IR,~1H-NMR,~13C-NMR和MS鉴定为8-oxocorynoline(Ⅰ),(±)acetylcorynoline(Ⅱ)和(±)corynoline(Ⅲ)。
Three alkaloids were isolated from Corydalis trachycarpa Maxim collected in Sichuan. They are 8-oxocorynoline(Ⅰ), (±)acetylcorynoline(Ⅱ) and (±)corynoline(Ⅲ) through the interpretation of IR,~1H-NMR, ^(13)C-NMR and MS They were isolated from this plant for the first time.
