摘要
采用形态诊断、土壤植物化学分析和酶学诊断法对成都市龙泉区石双性紫色土桃黄化病进行了诊断。发现桃黄化病系典型的缺铁症,发病土壤PH较高,有效铁含量低,叶片全铁、活性铁均低于正常植株,黄化叶片的过氧化氢酶活性极显著降低。故诊断将石灰性紫色土桃黄化病为缺铁所致。
The peach chlorosis on calcarious purple soil in Longguan county,Chengdu city was diagnosed by the methods of morphology diagnosis,soil testing and plant analysis, and enzymololgy diagnosis.The results showed that the peach chlorosis was a typical symptom of iron deficiency,that the disease occurred in the Soil of the high PH value and the low available iron,that the content of total iron and active iron in the chlorosis plant leaves was lower than that in the normal plant's. and the perhydrogenase activ ty in the chlorosis leaves was sinificantly decreased.So the peach chlorosis on calcarious purple soil was diagnosed as iron deficiency.
