摘要
本文报告了三例原发性肺动脉高压。本组病例主要表现有劳力性气促,反复活动性晕厥、紫绀、雷诺氏现象、关节痛、肺动脉高压和右心室肥厚。本文对其病因、临床表现、诊断和治疗做了简要的文献复习。
Primary Pulmonary Hypertension(PPH)is an uncommon disease.Three cases ofPPH were admitted in our department in recent years.The main clinical manifesta-tions are dispnea,syncope,peripheral cyanosis and Raynauld's phenomenon.Theprognosis of PPH is very poor,and there has been no specially effective treatment.Calcium channel blocking drugs,if available,are of some effect.The diagnosis andtreatment of PPH are discussed.
