摘要
报道了生产高纯二氧化氯催化剂的组成及制备方法。经预处理后的钛基有利于催化剂的联合;用扫描电镜观察了催化剂在基体上的状态;几种催化剂均以细小颗粒附着于二氧化钛骨架上,其粒径大小在1.2×10 ̄(-7)—1.7×10 ̄(-7)m范围内。由电子能谱测试表明催化剂主要以金属氧化物或金属氯化物形式存在。
The high pure chlorine dioxide is produced by the catalytic reaction:4NaClO_3+2H_2SO_4→4ClO_2+O_2+2Na_2SO_4+2H_2OThere catalysts are prepared using titanium oxide as support.The obervations of electromicroscopeshow that titanium oxide is an excellent support matrix for the catalyst particles. The Catalyticactivity decreases with inerease of the diameter of the catalyst particles. XPS measurements confirmthat the active components are metal oxide or metal chloride.
