摘要
单片微机化微弱发光测量仪由中科院生物物理所和北京科龙生物医学技术开发公司研制成功.该仪器适用于肿瘤研究中生物医学样品的微弱发光的测量.测量样品的重复性优于0.8%,稳定性优于0.5%,线性相关系数达0.99997,不仅可以进行样品的发光强度测量,还可以进行动力学曲线的测量以及样品发射光谱的测量.光谱在400nm—750nm范围内.测量方式可选择手动、半自动和自动计时三种.测量结果表明,荷瘤裸鼠血液微弱发光与对照比较,在99%置信水平上有明显差异.荷瘤鼠各脏器发光强度的相对分布有较大改变;脑和肝发光强度所占比重有明显增高.实验鼠整体发光在荷瘤后14—34天内显著增强.
Single -chip computerization low level luminescence meter, designed and made by Institute of Biophysics, Academia Sinica, and Beijing Clone Biomedical Technology Development Corporation , is suitable to detect ultraweak photon emission from biological samples in the studies of cancer research. Among the repeated measurements , the standard error is smaller than 0. 8% .and the stability is less than 0. 5%. The linear correlation factor is nearly 0. 9997. The equipment can not only be used to measure luminescence intensity , but also plot the kinetic curve of luminescence and emission spectrum of sample which ranges from 400 to 750nm. Measurement can be determined by three kinds of modes such as manual .semi - automatic , and automatic timing method. The experimental results showed that there was distinct difference in the luminescence from tumor -bearing nude mice compared with the self - control group mice which was statistically significant at the 99% level. The relative intensities from various tumor梑earing mouse organs have changed greatly compared with those from normal mouse organs,and the luminescence from brain and liver increased evidently. The luminescence from whole body of tumor- bearing nude mice increased greatly within 14 ?34 days after tumor transplantation.
