摘要
在自由采食条件下,用不同代谢能水平(11.29,12.12,1296MJ/kg)和不同粗蛋白水平(90,130,170g/kg)的日粮饲喂尼克蛋用种公鸡,研究日粮能量和蛋白对公鸡繁殖性能的影响。试验结果表明,日粮处理对公鸡采食量、精液品质(射精量和精子密度)有显著影响。采食量随能量、蛋白水平升高而减少;射精量则明显受能量、蛋白间交互作用的影响,在低蛋白水平时,因能量的增加而增加,高蛋白水平时,因能量的增加而减少;精子密度更多地受到能量水平影响,随能量降低而升高。另外降低蛋白水平也有利于提高精子密度。体重、受精率、孵化率、睾丸重均未受日粮处理的影响或影响较小;睾丸重和体重间存在显著线性相关关系。
This experiment was conducted to study the effeet of dietary energy and protein level on the reproductive performance of the Nick layer breeder males, which were fed with diets containing metabolizable energy at 11.29, 12.12, 12.96 MJ/kg and crude protein at 90, 130, 170 g/kg in a 2×2×3 factorial arrangement on an ad libtum basis.The result showed that the dietary treatment had significart effect on males. Feed consumption decreased as energy and protein level increased. Semen volume was affected signiticantly by interaction between energy and protein. It increased with energy's increasing when protein level was high. Spermatozoa concentration was greatly affected by dietary energy,and increased as dietaly cnergy decreased. In addition, lower protein level was favorite to spermatozoa concentration body weight, fertility, hatchability, and testis weight were not or slightly affected by dietary treatment. The Linear interrelation between body weight and testis weight was significant.
