摘要 根据流体润滑理论,本文建立了滚子轴承挡边—滚子端面润滑模型,并编制了有限元计算程序。文中详细分析了端面形状、偏斜角、挡边支托角、间隙等因素对油膜压力的影响。并对滚子偏斜稳定性以及轴向窜动问题作了初步探讨。 Based on hydrodynamic lubrication theory, a lubrication model of roller end surface/guide flange of roller bearings is established. A specific finite element program has been developed to solve this model. And how the factors such as end surface geometry,skewing angle, layback angle of the roller, and clearance between roller and flange, etc., affect the oil film pressure amplitude and its distribution is discussed in detail. Also, the stability of skewed roller and axial motion of roller are preliminarily discussed.
