摘要
对生长在系比区内的2个巴西橡胶无性系的花药体细胞植株进行了产量和生理特性的初步观察。试验结果表明,海垦2花药体细胞植株的第一割年的产量高于供体无性系45.2%,与胶乳再生和排胶有关的10项生理参数的分析都显示其具有与高产相适应的生理基础。海垦1花药体细胞植株的产量高于供体无性系20.6%,然而此产量主要是通过胶乳严重长流获得的。此植株胶乳蔗糖和干胶含量极低,胶树对乳管供应蔗糖严重不足,因而胶乳再生极端不良。供体无性系原有的干胶含量偏低和胶乳长流等不良性状在其花药体细胞植株中更为明显。
Preliminary observations and measurements were made on yield and some physiological properties of anther somatic plants from two clones of Hevea brasiliensis which was grown on a clone trial, Yield records showed that Haiken 2 anther plants yielded 45.2% higher than its donor clone over the first year of tapping, Analyses of 10 physiological parameters related to latex generation and flow indicated that the anther plants of Haiken 2 possessed a solid physiological basis which conformed with its higher yield potential, Anther plants of Haiken 1 also gave a 20.6% increase of yield over the donor clone, but at the expense of extended latex flow. The sucrose level and dry rubber content of latex from Haiken 1 anther plants were extremely low, signifying that a gross insufficiency of sucrose supply to the latex vessels dampens down latex regeneration,The intrinsically unfavourable characteristics of the donor clone, such as lower dry rubber content and longer dripping, were aggravated in the anther somatic plants.
