摘要
对管片式散热器的散热机理及存在的质量问题进行了分析，在此基础上，结合NJ系列汽车的特点，开发了NJ1301系列管带式散热器。介绍了该系列散热器的结构特点和性能。使用实践表明，该系列散热器的开发成功，较理想的实现了对管片式散热器的更新换代，满足了NJ系列汽车的匹配要求，且提高了散热性能，降低了生产成本。
The heat radiating rnechanism of cooling fin type radiators and the existing quality problems are analized. On this basis and combining with the features of the NJ series motor vehicles, NJl301 series corrugated tube type radiators are developed. The structural features and performance of the radiator series are presented. The practice of application shows that the development of the radiator series is successful,renewing of the original cooling fin type radiators is realized fairly well,so that the matching demand of NJ series motor vehicles is satisfied,cooling efficiency improved and production cost lowered
