摘要
1.5mg/kg氯化镉单次染毒后24小时,测定大鼠尿及血液中β-半乳糖苷酶(β-Gal),乳酸脱氢酶(LDH),谷草转氨酶(GOT)及各种游离氨基酸。结果发现染毒鼠尿中LDH增高达7倍,GOT增高61%,但β-Gal没有的显著增加,尿中各游离氨基酸无显著变化;血浆中丝氨酸和异亮氨酸含量明显下降(分别为P<0.05,<001)。肾超微结构见近曲小管胞浆空泡数目增加。
After peritoneal injection of cadmium chloride l.5mg/kg once,β-D-glactosidase(β-Gal),Glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase (GOT),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and free amino aeids in 24 hour urine,as well as those in plasma arter 24 hours of injection were determined.It was found that LDH in urine of the toxic rat significantly inereased by 700%,GOT increased by 61%,β- Gal not significantly increased;concentrations of free amino acids in urine not changed,concentrations of serine(P<0.05) and isoleucine (P<0.01)in plasma significantly deereased. The ultrastructural changes which occurred in the toxic rat kidney were observed in an increased number of cytoplasmic vacuoles in the proximal tubular cell.
