摘要
本文以采自天津的孤雌生殖卤虫为材料,测定和比较了在实验室条件下(28℃,1000lx),不同培养密度卤虫的生长率和生殖量。培养密度为高、中、低三组。在成体期,高密度组中卤虫的生长速度和生殖量明显低于中密度组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。在拟成体期,各组卤虫生长差异不显著(P>0.05)。无节幼体期,当平均每个卤虫的供食量相同时,低密度组卤虫的生长速度反而低于中、高密度组(P<0.01)。
Body length, growth rate and reprodution of Artemia parthenogenetica from Tianjin were measured and compared when they were cultured at laboratory conditions (28℃, 1000 lux) in different densities. In the experiments,there were three treatments of culture density: high (500 Artemia/L).middle (100 Arremia/L) and low (20 Arremia/L)density. we found that high density has negative effect on growth rate (ANOVA ,P<0. 01)and reproduction (ANOVA , P<0. 05 ) of adult Artemia. However,there was no significant difference among three groups (ANOVA . P> 0. 05) at preadult stage. At nauplii stage, when mean tood quantity per individual was equal,growth of nauqlii cultured in low density was slower than that in middle and high density (ANOVA ,P<0. 01 ).
