摘要
用含粉状颗粒的石灰岩作粗集料配制出优质特细砂混凝士。混凝土中特细砂的细度模数约为0.7,比表面积200cm2/g,水泥用量与中、粗砂混凝土中相当时,特细砂混凝土的抗压强度可达50~60MPa。该混凝土密实、耐冻和抗渗。在对该混凝土的孔隙率、显微硬度及X光衍射谱测试及分析的基础上,讨论了获得优质特细砂混凝土的机理。
In this research, using crushed limestone containing powder panicals ascoarse aggregate, high quality superfine sand concrete (SFSC) has been made. In SFSC fineness modulus of sand is about 0. 7 and it's specific surface  ̄200 cm2/g. When cement content is equivalent to that of coarse sand concrete or medium sand concrete, compressivestrength of SFSC can reach 50-60 MPa. SFSC is outstanding for its high density, high frostresistance and low permeability. Based on porosity, micro hardness and XRD tests and analysis of the test results, the mechanism of high quality of SFSC was discussed.
