茶叶中无机元素总量和分量问题的研究

摘要 在一些茶叶文献中把占干物质4%~7%的灰分含量当作无机元素总量。本文用等离子光谱法测定的茶叶无机元素总量则波动在3.11%~4.13%之间。如果加上未能测出的元素含量,则其波动范围为3.31%~4.33%之间,此外,还求出了茶叶中无机元素分量,这对研究茶叶矿质营养元素体系的生化特征有很大意义。 n some literature the ash content of tea having 4%~7%W/W of drymeasure was regarded as the total amount of inorganic elements. This paper using the ICP-AES for measurement had obtained the values of the total amount of inorganic elementsin teas fluctuating between 3.11%~4.13%。In consideration of the elements non-determi-nated they will be then 3.31%~4.33%. Moreover,the partial amount of every elementdeterminated was also calculated,and that is very important for investigation of the bio-chemical character of the mineral nutrition system in tea.
