摘要
利用XPS研究了ZrCr_(2-x)Fe_x(x=1.2,1.4,1.6)的表面组分及化学态,结果表明Zr在表面偏析,以ZrO_2形式存在,而Fe和Cr以金属态存在于次表示。用101.35kPa空气对ZrCr_(2-x)Fe_x抗中毒性质进行了研究,发现抗中毒性质随铁含量的增加而增大,当时,抗中毒性质与此相反。
The surface composition of ZrCr_(2-x)Fe_x and chemical valence of atoms were in-vestigated by means of XPS.It was found that segregated on the surface, Zr atoms formZrO_2 with oxygen,and that iron and chromium both exist as metals in the subsurface. Theresistance to poisoning of the alloy was studied in the air of 1 atm. And the results show theresistance to poisoning of the alloy increases with the increasing iron content in it
