摘要
本文应用计算机辅助唇裂测量分析系统，以评价唇裂术后效果的测量方法，对乳牙列期、混合牙列期及恒牙列期的正常人面部进行了检测．结果表明由乳牙列期到混合牙列期在统计学上有显著性差异的指数多于由混合牙列期到恒牙列期，但多在“正常人”的生理性非对称率范围之内。本文就其与唇裂术后评价间的关系进行了初步讨论。
The authors checked up the facial growth in normalpeople during deciduous dentition stage, mixed den. tition stage and permanent dentition stage using mi crocornputer aid measurement and analysis systemfor unilateral cleft lip by the measurement method ofevaluation of the postoperative result on unilateralcleft lip. The results showed that differences weremore siginricant from deciduous dentition stage tomixed dentition stage than from mixed dention stageto permanent dentition stage, but most values belongged to the physiological asymmetry range in nor mal people. The relation about all over results andpostoperative evaluation of unilateral cleft lip wasdiscussed in article.
