固溶处理对双层辉光离子渗钨钼锯条性能的影响 被引量:4

The Effect of Solution Heat Treatment on the Saw blade Produced by Xu-Tec Process with Tungsten-Molybdenum

摘要 研究了固溶处理对双层辉光离子渗钨钼锯条渗层脱溶组织及其渗碳、淬火回火后组织的影响;对比测定了经固溶处理和未经固溶处理锯条的锯切性能。结果表明固溶处理是消除渗钨钼层粗大脱溶相,改善渗层韧性和大幅度提高锯条锯切性能的有效方法。 The effect of solution heat treatment on microstructures of precipitated phases in alloying layer and those of carburizing,quenching-tempering of saw blade treated by Xu-Tec with tungsten-molydenum has been studied. The cutting performances of saw blade by solution and non-solution heat treating were determined. The results indicate that solution heat treatment is an effective process which eliminates the coarse precipitated phases in the alloying layer and improves the toughnees and cutting performance of saw blade.
