摘要
感光胶片的卤素比(卤化银比例)、微晶体结构检测,是感光胶片制造工艺中两项主要物化分析。高反差彩色相纸是目前通用优质负一正彩色相纸。应用x射线荧光光谱、x时线衍射和扫描电子显微镜检测了高反差彩色相纸各层乳剂的卤素比和微晶体结构,这些方法简单迅速。
Abstract The determination of haogen ratio(silverhalide ratio)and microcrystalline structure are impotant physical and chemical analysis in manufacturing technique of photographic film.The high-contrast colour paper is commonHgh-quality negative-positive colour paper.An X-ray fluorescence.X-ray diffractionand scaning electron microscope were usedfor determiniiig the halogen ratio and micro-crystalling strticttire in emtilsion of differentlayers for high-contratst colour paper.Thesemethods are superiority to the conventioinalone with respect to its simplicity and rapidity.
