摘要
利用组织学、组织化学和电镜等方法研究了肾神经在家兔肾脏生后发育中的作用,对90只生后不同发育阶段的家兔左侧肾神经两周后,肾脏的重量、肾脏的形态、肾单位的显微结构和超微结构以及碱性磷酸酶(AKP)组织化学变化进行了观察.结果表明,生后12~14天以前去肾神经对肾脏的发育有明显的影响.左、右两侧肾重差异明显(P<0.01),左侧肾脏重量也明显低了对照组(P<0.01),肾单位内部呈现不同程度的发育障碍.18~30日龄以后去肾神经对家兔肾脏发育无明显的影响.
An Observation was made on the effects of renal nerves on postnatal development of rabbit kidneys in 90 young rabbits at different stages of development after two weeks of renal denervation by means of histology, histochemistry and electromicroscopy. The results showed that there were great effects of renal denervation on the development and growth of the kidneys in those rabbits whose renal nerves were removed before they were 12 - 14 days old. The weight of the left kidney was distinctly different from that of the right and lighter than that of the control one (p<0.01). However, no marked effects on the development and growth of the kidneys were observed in those rabbits whose renal nerves were removed after they were 18-30 days old.
