摘要
本研究以模拟循环管路中脐静脉灌流为主要手段,观察了高速投射物撞击明胶后所致距撞击点不同距离循环管路内流体动力学因素的变化对灌流脐静脉抗凝血酶功能、前列环素(PGl_2)生成量及因子Ⅷ相关抗原(fⅧR:Ag)释放量的影响。结果表明:管路内流体扰动对远隔部位灌流脐静脉功能的影响较明显,主要表现为PGl_2生成量、抗凝血酶功能的下降及fⅧR:Ag释放量的相对增高。提示弹头撞击所致循环管路内流体的剧烈扰动可能是远达效应及伤后发生某些严重并发症的重要原因之一。
When a high velocity projectile irnpact a gelatin block can produce hydrodynamicchanges in a simulating circulatory system embedded in the block. This study dealt with thechanges in anticoagulase function, prostacyclin synthesis and factor Ⅷ related antigen release of per-fused umgilical vein which was a part of the simulating circulatory system in the gelatin block im-pacted by a high velocity projectile. The results showed that the fluid disturbances in the simulating circulatory system had strikingeffects of some functions of remotely situated perfuded umbilical veins. There were mainly a de-creade in PGI2 synthesis and the anticoagulase activity of the endothelium and a relative increase ofrelease of factor Ⅷ related antigen.We suggese that the strong fluid disturbance in the circulatory system caused by the irnpact ofthe missile may be one of the important factors of the occurrence of the remote effects and some seri-ous complications of the missile.
