摘要
试验采用石蜡连续切片法,对小麦4个春性品种和3个半冬性品种的茎秆维管束形成发育与穗部性状的关系进行了观察,结果表明:(1)分蘖节中心空间绝大部分为维管束群所占据。小麦茎生长锥伸长期是分蘖节中大维管束数目的最终决定期。(2)主茎基部伸长节间与穗下节间大维管束的比例关系为3:2.基部节间大维管束数与分化小穗数呈极显著正相关,穗下节间大维管束数与分化小穗数接近1:1的对应关系。(3)小麦节部的维管束联络结果为:节部的维管束粗大,成为茎内椭圆形大维管束,呈横行或倾斜状态。椭圆形维管束产生分枝、联合,形成分散维管束,包围着大维管束,并和边缘小维管束相连。大维管束在节板处与节网维管束相连,从叶鞘进入节部的维管束位于茎轴边缘,汇入边缘小维管束环。
The paraffin scrial transection methods was used in this experiment Serial observations ofthe development of stem vascular bundlcs and its relationship with spike characters in seven wheatcultivars(Trilicum aestivum L)were conducted.The results were as follows.(1)There were groups ofvascular bundles in most parts of the central space of tillering nodes. The number of maero-vascular bun-dles in the tillering node fixed at stcm apex elongation stage;(2) The ratio of vascular bundles of basalclongated internode to top one was 3 :2.There were very signifieantly positive corrclation between thenumber of vascular bundles of basal internode and those of top differentiated spikelets with a ratio of1:1.The connecting of vascular bundles of elongated node was also analysed in this paper.
