摘要
1991~1993年从长春等地采集的标本中分离得到Alternaria菌株。经过对病菌的致病性、形态、生长温度、pH范围及对不同碳、氮源的利用等项目的测定,确定该病菌为A.allernata(Fr.)Kcissler.是引起烟草赤星病的病原菌。病菌在5~35℃均可生长,但以25℃,4h条件下萌发率可达100%,病菌在9种不同的培养基上生长,其小燕麦琼胶培养基、PDA、玉米粉琼胶培养基适合于菌丝生长,而蔗糖琼胶培养基最适合分生孢子的产生.在氮源的利用上,有机氮和无机氮均可利用。在碳源的利用上,以甘露糖、淀粉、乳糖中菌丝扩展较快,病菌在pH3.2~9.2之间均可生长,但以pH7时最合适。
Alternaria isolates was isolated from tobacco in Changchun and other places durins the growing season of 1991 ̄1993.The research results showed that the temperatural rans of mycelium growth was between 5-35℃,but the optinum was 25℃.Among 9 kinds of medium,OA,PDA,Co were better for mycelium growth,ZA was the best one for producing conidia.Development of hyphae was fastest in mannose,starch,lactose.The Potium pH value was 7.
