摘要
航空弧齿锥齿轮往往在高速重载下工作,它的动态特性是齿轮设计和使用中非常重要的依据。作者计算了螺旋角、支承结构、齿轮辐板的扭转刚度和轴向刚度、传动误差幅值以及齿数对齿轮系统动态特性的影响。计算结果表明,恰当地调整参数,进行合理的动态设计,将显著改善齿轮系统的动态特性。
Aviation spiral bevel gears run usually at very high speeds and under heavy loads,the vibrationof gear system and dynamic loads would be possible. In this paper,a dynamic model of spiral bevel gear transmission has been established。Considering thetransmitting error as excitation of the system,the responses are calculated. Then.the influences of variouskinds of factors on dynamic loads, such as helix angle,supporting structue,tortional and axial stiffnessesof gear webs, amplitude of transmitting errer, number of gear teeth,are estimated. The calculation resultsshow that suitabele selection of optimal parameters and elaborate dynamic design will improve the dynamicbehaviour of spiral bevel gear transmissions.
