摘要
本文扼要介绍了球形滚刀的设计制造方法。提出了球形滚刀的产形齿轮及理论误差的新概念。给出了理论误差的计算方法，并分析了影响理论误差的诸因素。
The liviter introduces a method of designing the spherical hob. New concept on thooretical working error of generating gcar for the hob and calculating mothod of its working theoretical crror are prosented. Various factors influencing theoretical crror are analysed.
