不同粒径颗粒物中多环芳烃含量与致突变性关系的研究 被引量:14

摘要 用五段分级采样器采集太原市三个功能分区空气中颗粒物,用高效液相色谱测定不同粒径颗粒物上五种PAH的含量,用SCE试验观察不同粒径颗粒物致突变性,结果表明,三个采样点大气颗粒物五种PAH(芘、苯并(a)蒽、苯并(a)芘)浓度均很高,工业区明显高于住宅区及郊区(P<0.01),Bap含量分别超标158、62、52倍,60~70%PAH富集在粒径≤2μm颗粒上。颗粒物粒径愈小,致突变性愈强。PAH含量和致突变性关系分析表明二者一致,在加S9条件下,它与PAH总量、充、BaP显著相关(P<0.0l),在不加S9条件下,它与PAH总量、芘、Bap和BaA相关(P<0.05)。 Airborne particles samples were collected at three site In Taiyuan with five stage classification air samples.The content of five PA Hs in different diameter particles were determined by the high performance liquid chromatography.The mutagenicily was studied by the SCEs test in CHL cells,The results indicated the content of five PAHs in particles were high at three site.The content of PAHs at industrial area was significant higher than at residential area and suburban area,The content of BaP exceeded its 158,62,53 time compared with standard respectively,About 60~70% of PAHs was concentrated in the particles≤2μm aerodynamic diameter. The extracts from different diameter particles at three sites were demonstrated to be mutagenic and showed that the finer the particles were, the stronger they induced mutagenic. The mutagenicity showed strong correlation with the total content of PAHs.Perylene,BaP in the present of S9 and moderate correlation with the total content of PAHs,Pyrene,BaP as well as BaA in the absence of S9.
