流动注射荧光分析法用于土壤及水系沉积物中铈(Ⅲ)含量的测定 被引量:5

摘要 研究表明Ce^(3+)在pH<6.2KCI介质中以254.0nm紫外光激发时,在352.0nm外发出具有恒定强度的荧光.因而可选择pH 5—6作为测定酸度条件,利用Al_2(SO_4)_3消除Fe^(3+)等离子的干扰,建立起Ce^(3+)的流动注射荧光分析法.方法的线性范围是2.0×10^(-7)-2.0×10^(-6)mol/l,一元回归方程△F=663600C-0.041(n=10_3 v=0.9997),检测限6.0×10^(-9)mol/l,测定频率120—150次/h.该法成功地用于标准土壤和水系沉积物分析,其回收率和变异系数分别为93.6—108.1%和96.0—106.4%(n=10); 0.064%和4.65%. Our study showd that Ce3+ has a constant fluorescence intensity emitted at 352.0 nm when excited at 254.0 nm in KC1 medium of pH<6.2. According to this, we selected pH 5-6 as our determination acid range. By pretreatment with A12(SO4)3, we eliminated the interferences of Fe3+ and other ions, and developed fluorescent FIA determination method of Ce3+ which could be applied to soil and stream sediment analysis. The fluorescence intensity value has a good line relationship, which can be expressed by the equation of△ F=66360GC- 0.041(n = 10, r = 0.9997), with the concentration of Ce3+ in the range of 2.0×10-7-2.0×10-3mol/l and the detection limit is 6,0×10-9mol/l, There being 120-150 samples could be determinated in an hour. The recovery ratio for soil and stream sediment was 93.6-108.1% and 96.0-106.4%(n = 10) respectively. The relative standard deviation of measurment of two kinds of sample was 0.64% and 4.65% respectively.
